The Nifty Index has had a volatile movement for the week. It looks like the Nifty Index is consolidating in the range. Fed MoM indicates that going forward there will be a smaller rate hike as Inflation started the downward trajectory.
This week, the Nifty index is up +1.12 percent, and the Nifty Midcap 100 Index is down +2.17 percent.

In October 2022, Models 1, and 3 returned +1.32 percent, and +1.16 percent respectively, compared to the Nifty 50 Index's +5.37 percent return.
In October 2022, the Nifty Long-Short gained some traction and is up +8.81 percent.
For the year 2021 (1st January 2021 - 31 December 2021), Model 1, 2, and Nifty Long-Short returned +86%, 33%, and 5.95%, respectively, compared to the Nifty 50 Index's return of +24%.
Year To Date - 2022
Models 1, and 3 returned -13.07 percent, and +4.80 percent respectively, compared to Nifty's +6.61 percent return for the year 2022.
The Nifty Long-Short year-to-date return (as of January 1, 2022) is now +34.70 percent, compared to the Index's +6.61 percent.
From July 12th, 2021, the Model 3 is up +27%, compared to 15% for the Nifty Midcap Index.

Since its debut, Model 1 has increased by 139 percent. The Nifty index has increased by 71 percent over the same time span.
Since its debut, the Nifty long-short strategy has returned 137 percent on capital and 254 percent on margin money.
Model 1 has been operational since July 13, 2020, whereas the Index Long-Short strategy has been operational since August 14, 2020. Model 3 has been operational since July 12, 2021.
