Weekly Portfolio Performance Chart
Nifty hit all time high mark of 20270 After rallying more than a 1400 points from the October 19840 low. India's Q2 2023 GDP growth rate of 7.6% beats the consensus estimate of 6.8%. The better-than-expected GDP result and lower-than-expected inflation data have helped the markets. India's CPI inflation rate decreased from 5.02% in September to 4.87% in October. The repo rate has remained at 6.5% as the RBI has maintained the status quo. The US unemployment rate raised to 3.9% in October from 3.4% in September. Which is a good sign that Fed rate hike measures are working.
Nifty closed above the 20 EMA, 50 DMA, and the 200 DMA suggesting the strong up trend in the Index.
