This week the Nifty Index whipsaw and ended in the green. The Nifty Index hit 14416.25 on the lower side and hit 14863.05 on the upper side this week and ended at 14823.15
For the last three weeks, we have liquidated all our positions as suggested by the algorithm and for the next week, we will be investing once again Next week. Model 1 and 2 have underperformed the index this week. Model 1 and 2 have underperformed the Index by 1.31% and 1.31% respectively.
Our Nifty Index Long-Short strategy has gained some ground this week and up 2.33% this week. A year to date (From 1st Jan 2021) return turns positive 4.71% compared to the 6.02% return of the Index.
This week Nifty is up by 1.31%.
Model 1 and 2 have underperformed the Nifty 50 index this week.
Model 1 and 2 are up 105.73% and 88.39% respectively from the inception at the same time the Nifty Index is up 37%.
Model 1 & 2 have almost double the starting capital in 9 months.
The Nifty long-Short strategy is up around 74% and 137% on the margin money.
Model 1 and Model 2 both are live from 13th July 2020 while the Index Long-Short strategy is live from 14th August 2020.
We are taking positions on Models 1 & 2 for next week.
